Terms & Conditions

Use:

1. Client/User can not share his/her account/connection with any other party.

2. Shared connection can not be shared in any condition.

Payment:

1. Establishment cost & first month bill has to be paid in advance along with the work order.

2. Clients will be pay bill according to his/her billing category.

3. Bills should be paid by current billing rate.

4. Active Multimedia reserve's the right to change billing rate at any time.

5. Client's should pay the bill within due date at his/her own responsibility.

6. Monthly bill should be paid within the first week of every month in advance.

7. If client fails to pay the bill within due time, his/her account/connection will be blocked/disconnected with any prior notice by Active Multimedia Software Control System.

8. Client have to pay re-opening charge if his/her account is blocked.

9. If any E-mail account remains unused continuously for two months, account may be treated as dead and will be blocked.
